In a world where abundance and hunger often coexist, Feed A Million was born from a simple yet profound intention — to serve food with love to those who need it most.
Feeding the hungry is the highest form of worship is an observation that my mother(Mrs. Sita Subramanyam) often made when I was a young boy and these words touched me very strongly and left a deep impact in my formative years. The conviction that my mother’s words sowed in my mind when I was a child were rekindled when I visited orphanages and centers for special children and after discussing with my sisters, we decided to do our bit of service to the needy and deserving poor.
From the fees we collect and the donations from kind-hearted people, every week we reach out to the forgotten, the unseen, the underserved — and offer them something more than just a meal. We offer hope, dignity, and compassion.
Why We Do It
We believe that no one should go to bed hungry. Hunger steals health, dreams, and even the will to live. But a warm, nutritious meal served with care can restore strength, spark a smile, and rekindle faith in humanity.
Feed A Million is not just about feeding stomachs — it’s about healing hearts and building a community grounded in kindness. Feeding a hungry person is the highest form of prayer, love, and affection.
How It Works
Every week, we prepare and distribute meals to individuals and families who have little to no support system. These are people with no access to daily nourishment and often no means to help themselves.
Additionally, once every three months, we organize special meal drives at homes for special children, women in need, and the destitute — ensuring that love and care reach all corners of society.

One meal might seem small. But when multiplied across hundreds and thousands, it becomes a wave of change. Each act of giving inspires another, and together, we move closer to our vision of feeding a million souls — and touching a million hearts.
